QUIT is a casual raiding guild devoted to the maxim of having fun. Drama is out. Guild politics is out. Stress is out. We're just here to have fun.

It just so happens that for the founding members of Quit - fun is casual raiding with an emphasis on doing a clean, professional job; then improving on that or finding a new challenge. Loot is good but only in so far as it improves the performance of the team as a whole. We don't put up with loot drama. If you can't make a raid because your partner is feeling neglected, we don't hassle you about it. Go grind that girlfriend rep. It's for the better in the long run. About the only thing we don't put up with is immature behaviour, people who want to grief on the guild channel or people who harm our guild reputation. They get a warning then a swift kick with the ban hammer (ouch!)
